I placed an online order of an out of stock item, waited for two months, nothing happened, checked their website the item is still out of stock, tired of waiting, called to cancel the order, was told need to be charged 10% restocking fee.They have not even shipped anything yet!

Restocking what?! Emails? Of all the online order I placed, be it a piece of furniture, appliances, books or toys for my kids, I have never heard of restocking fee for out of stock items.

This is ridiculous, Will not buy from this company ever again.Be extra careful on those low price on their website, could be a trick!

Can't read the stores policy can you? Idiots like you give buds a bad name. Buying an out of stock item is probably not going to be the best choice you ever made.
