Will not make good on their mistake in shipping wrong product

I received the wrong firearm with incorrect sights. They were not going to send correct sights, which are less than $60.00, and wanted me to send the gun back, which I told them I will not do. After spending over $9,000.00 with them in the past year, I will never do business with Buds again. Poor business decision on their part. I will let everyone I have recommended to them, also stop doing business with them as well.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent the correct parts to remedy the situation and said I could keep the old parts. Quality people.

SCAM ALERT!!!
LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AND READ FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY!!!
Bud's Gunshop is advertising an upgraded model to what they "actually send out". So I purchased this gun from them and they sent out a cheaper version instead.
I noticed the flip up adjustable sites were missing when I went to pick up the firearm from the ffl.

I called customer service before I left the shop and was told they would give me a credit to fix the situation if the manufacturer didn't fix it first.
Once I got home I noticed it was not only missing the flip up sites it was also missing the ATI Sr-1 buttstock and rubber overmolded grip.

I called to try and fix the issue and they informed me I would need to spend a $25 ("restocking fee") to return the gun for a refund.
So even though they messed up and sent out a gun, which I've found elsewhere for $329, that is not the correct gun I purchased ...they want me to pay to restock it.
They have horrible customer service and I will never buy here again. I've purchased several firearms online and have bought from them before and have never had this problem before.

I ordered some ammo from buds gun shop ($241 worth of ammo). FedEx placed the package on top of someones mailbox or thats what the delivery picture shows but I never actually received the package. I purchased the extra shipping insurance from buds and its been over a month. I cant get anyone to really help me out or care at all. I definitely dont recommend dealing with Buds gun shop.

A Glock model 40 is 50 bucks cheaper than the rest and I finally talked to a person and they said the guns had different model numbers , I have already bought one model 40 from buds , no one could tell me why there is a 50 dollar difference between the two same guns. If I knew that this gun is perfect and no unforeseen differences , I would have bought it . , I also couldnt get the internet buying to work, or get to talk to someone on live chat . I would wait a hour and give up .

"A gun mat I paid for never arrived. I paid extra for the insurance too.

Buds Guns Shop customer service rep told me they will only help if I have the shipping boxes from everything else that arrived. They were of course in the trash. Ridiculous but true.

DO NOT PAY FOR THAT INSURANCE!!! Its a scam!!!

I have now spent close to $2000 at this online store. I told them a week ago that they need to make this right or I will be shopping elsewhere. They dont seem to care.

P.S. The customer service rep gave me an email to respond to that does not exist as the icing on the cake.

Here was their response, notice the wrong email they told me to respond to (****@****)...

"Thank you for contacting us here at Budsgunshop.com! We greatly appreciate your patronage. I do apologize to hear about that. Our shipping hub advises that they sent the product as ordered.

We will need to have the order reviewed by the claims team. The claims team may need to open a claim with the shipping carrier. To request the review from claims we will need the following. Disappointing. First or 100th purchase.

Unhappily, the preponderance of scammers often makes stringent return guidelines necessary. It protects the company but hangs honest people like you. Since they don't appreciate your previous scam-free patronage, enjoy checking out the hundreds of alternatives to this supplier.

Read reviews before engaging. Don't let a bad apple spoil your hobby.

"While I respect everyones reviews and have not had issues with my prior purchases from Buds, I purchased a P365 Macro that included a second magazine that was clearly used. It was wrapped in a small plastic bag and while I inspected the gun, I did not look at the magazine.

The finish was worn off and there is a small amount of rust on both sides! I have given them several business days (not including the holidays) to respond and all I have gotten is is a generic email telling me that if I had any questions or concerns about my order to contact them. I have sent several emails asking them if they would like pictures and asked if they were going to make things right as they should with any customer. I have gotten NO response.

Clearly this company has taken their customer service to a new low.

Buds Gun Shop do not treat their customers correctly, cancelling orders without explanation and without any notice what so ever! You are just waiting and waiting and after the delivery date you have to check on their website to find out that your order was cancelled although the ammo are still in stock on the website!! The only explanation after I called was "we don't feel comfortable selling it" !?!LOL
By the way I live in Georgia USA and every other site is feeling comfortable selling to Georgia USA any kind of ammunition!
I ordered 9mm ball ammo and 12 gauge 00 and got email confirmation and they took the money which I had to wait two weeks for them to return!!
