Buds Gun Shop - Problem with shipping to FFl

My name is Vicente Lopez I use FFL: J&R Sports Supply LLC 2558 Old First St, Livermore, CA 94550 To receive ammo purchase. Somehow every person who uses J&R as an FFL has my cell number on their package. This has caused huge confusion and in fact, J&R lost a package of ammo I purchased and confirmed by FEDEX investigation as delivered. The salesperson at J&R offered me someone else's ammo because it had my cell number, I refused the offer.

I ordered 8 round moon clips from Buds back in February. Called Buds to see where my shipment that was to be shipped to my new address, wasnt delivered, called Buds to see where it was, it was shipped back to Buds. Buds at the end of February to ship my order to my new address that I gave them from me without charging me a ship fee because it was not forwarded. As with most, they will sell themselves as the end all be all but when it comes down to it, not so much. My first experience I purchased a gun from them and absolutely hated it due to hard trigger pull. Despite their policy, they would not accept a return. I have now been waiting five days for them to ship my most recent purchase, and they have no way of contacting them to inquire about status. Despite being out of stock for just about every gun, which they often are, and shouldn't be that busy, they are really dragging their feet on shipping. If that busy, why not hire more employees? Another example of raking in the profits at customers expense.

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else. Preferably your local gun dealer and support the dedicated employees that haven't lost site of customer service.

Bud's if off the rails. The other thing they are doing is shipping late and not informing you so if you push hard to get something canceled it might show up in a day or two and they will want payment!

Buds is a joke. You can tell they are a bunch of snarky people who don't care about customers.

I ordered a few parts from this place. It is approaching a month and they haven't sent and wont return money. Hire more people! Do your job! Quit making excuses! You are going to lose so many customers with this terrible horrible approach to business!
