Ordered weapon at reduced price. They gave order number, I gave check transfer number.
Ordered over the phone and they sold it as in stock. Computer also showed it in stock as I was ordering the item. They sent me confirmation email (saved all emails) then later e-mailed me that same evening that the item was out of stock. The next morning they had the same item BACK in stock at a higher price.
I told her that Bud's should honor the order from the day before. Supervisor blamed electronic mistakes...Lot of sweet talking. I asked her to honor the price they sold it to me for when it came back in stock.
She would not do it saying that they may have to pay higher for the gun when THEY get them.Never wanted to believe all the negative reviews about Buds but am a believer now. Below Professional.
