AFTER I ORDERED 2 OF NAA FOR $143 DAYS LATER THE Cencal my orders, saying there is issue with order 3 years old no more detail was given and i was out side us . they just looked to anything not to ship those gun, i asked if the issue about none payment answer NO but she won't tell what is about ? if there any issue why the account still active ? also they still have my money . i am going to file complaint with ATF and i advice any one with issue to file complaint with ATF hopefully this will stop the misconduct buds gun shop do daily thinking they got to point not care about complaint

Try speaking to them in English, maybe they don’t understand your language. I have purchased over a dozen weapons from this site with no issues whatsoever. The ATF will think you are a nut job.

I have bought more than a dozen firearms from Buds. Have never had a problem. All were shipped to my FFL and were as advertised.

Buds Gun Shop - Always trying to pull something - horrendous customer support

Who would pay 3% more to pay via cash ? Yep they advertise a price that is lower then others but don't actually want you to pay that price but instead pay the full credit card price when paying cash. First as a VIP Buds member , that means nothing to them so don't join that program - it is no different then just a regular membership in being mistreated and scammed equally. I have had a lot of bad things from them shipping the wrong items and then pretending they didn't know anything about it , to trying to send a display model as new. This last time I paid via Cash / ACH and they tried to then charge the 3% credit card price on a Cash sale. Why would anyone pay cash to be charged 3% more ? Avoid them there are a lot of great places and this is not one of them. Their own people couldn't even find the wording on the site that said that mentioned this policy and escalated it 3 times until MAGICALLY 2 words get added after a long delay that still don't make sense.

I have heard good things about Buds Guns. I ordered an in stock Taurus revolver and it didn't get shipped for over 2 weeks. I am in New Jersey we are only allowed one pistol every 30 days. Are permits are only good for 90 days and I had three permits which there delay pushed back my other permit time. I also gave them a second chance by ordering two boxes of ammo. I have been beaten over a week since they took my money and the ammo still hasn't shipped which was also in stock. I do not see myself giving them a third chance or given them my recommendation to anyone in fact quite the opposite I will steer my friends away from them.

Buds Gun Shop - Don't do business with Bud

They sent the wrong item and it is impossible to contact them to work out the issue. I don't care to describe there issues but I suggest you do your shopping somewhere else. They have no toll free tn. Click to chat will not work this issue. hold times expected to be 39 minutes. next call they just hung up because they were so busy. I sent an email but they had no option that suited me and the option I chose said it could slow down my response. 48 hours and no reply. just go to their website and read their pages for resolving an issue. The page are just a big digitus impudicus to their customers.

I ordered a foregrip a week ago, which it says it takes up to 2-3 days and they gave me an invalid tracking number and have not updated me on my package since the 18th which it is now the 24th. I will never purchase another thing from this *** website.

I had a similar experience. THeir response from Customer service was "your exception has been noted"...That's all.

Customer service did not even return call. But they still have my money. They used to be a much better company. They just grew too big too fast.

I have since closed my account with Bud's Gun Shop. I have had other bad experiences recently with them.

After trying to find a gun in the website, I called Bud's for clarification on a couple of questions I had. This very rude dude answered the phone and told me he had too many customers in the store to answer questions.

He abruptly told me to "look it up on their website"! I started to reply and he hung up on me! I will spread the word and will not deal with Bud's guns!

Too many other gun stores to purchase from. I believe ANY problem with any staff member of any business is a direct reflection of management!

Bought 2 boxes of .45 ammo, confirmed order, said it was going to ship, then they call me and cancel the order. If they say it's in stock, be skeptical. The {{Redacted}} that calls says he's got a whole list of people to call, like that should make it ok. ***

I ordered a part I needed for my SilencerCo Osprey. When it arrived it wasn't round. The box had been crushed by something very heavy and the part was now oval. Bud's told me to print out a label. I don't have printer or smart phone. Bud's you deal with it we'll pay back your shipping. I live 15-20 miles from a UPS store. All they have to do is tell UPS to pick it up and they will. I've had several other companies do this with out any hesitation. All would be fine but Bud's can't be bothered helping a customer. Save your self some aggravation and money in the long run. Go some place else.

Ordered a handgun on their 90 day layaway. After I made the final payment they informed me that they no longer had the gun. I said I would pay and I did. They said they would deliver and they didn’t. Customer service just laughed it off. Their word is no good. Doesn’t get any worse in my book.
