After several email confs. & withdrawing money from my account I was told a mistake had been made and Buds won't honor the price and order will be canceled .

I asked for the 10% back that Buds charges for customers cancelation fee they responded that wasn't warranted and Buds does not have to do anything except refund my money . Both managers I spoke with had the same arrogant attitude of if you don't like it , Buds will cancel all orders refund the money and not continue to do any more buisness . REALLY!!!!!!!?????? So Buds can drop the ball, and make a mistake ; treat their "returning " customers with disrespect and arrogance ; & cancel all existing orders , close account , & block telephone calls .

BEWARE ! When a company has the audacity to respond this way to honest customers is unprofessional at best... To say Buds really doesn't need the buisness is an gigantic understatement . I can only imagine how Buds would respond to a bigger problem than this.

Take your buisness elsewhere ! !!!
