Idiots sent me a rifle that was cracked in 2 pieces. I know for a fact it left their warehouse that way and they were just looking to get a UPS damage claim.

They win I loose. They suck and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I even talked to the jag named nick too. What a *** that guy is.

Never offered an alternative and was just a *** head to talk to. Wish I could give my feedback face to face.

Terrible Customer Service | Buds Gun Shop review

Warning!!!!! When you see a gun that says "factory blemished", it means reconditioned. I saw a review stating this so I called Budsgunshop.com and spoke with a representative. I specifically asked this representative if this gun was factory reconditioned. He told me that it was factory blemished, not reconditioned. I proceeded to order this gun based on what this representative told me and picked it up at my FFL dealer. Right on the label, it states that it is factory reconditioned. I called and spoke to David at Budsgunshop.com and he argued with me. He told me that factory blemished means the same thing as factory reconditioned. I again reiterated the fact that I spoke to a representative there and specifically asked if it was factory reconditioned. David offered to allow me to speak to his supervisor, Nick. Nick also argued with me and gave me a vocabulary lesson instead of addressing the issue. I am returning this gun as it is not what I was promised and I will not be purchasing from budsgunshop.com ever again. Very poor customer service!

After calling to see why my order was taking so long to ship I was transferred to a "supervisor" named David. Since he did not like the fact that I was unhappy he canceled my order. I then got transferred to another "supervisor" named nick who continued to cancel my order after I repeatedly said I did NOT want it canceled I then asked what his title was with the company so I could make a proper complaint I was refused any information and hung up on twice my order was canceled and my money has yet to be refunded

Would not return Bent 1100 barrel | Buds Gun Shop review from Paris, Kentucky

Bought a new Shotgun Barrel. It was defective. It takes a while to determine what the problem was. The Gas chamber was bent slightly. I get response back for Ol'Bud. ... "Returns must be immediate" tough luck. Flush my 230 down the drain. I had the gun just a short period of time. Beware of what Ol'Bud considers "immediate". Its a *** shoot. If it has a flaw good luck with Ol'Bud. * Shot gun w new barrel no ejection. * Cleaned Gun w new barrel no ejection. * Ordered seal "O" ring. Tested no ejection. * Ordered metal seal rings. Tested no ejection. * Took gun to a gun smith - he had gun for a week. Barrel diagnosed as being bad. To late for the return.

Waiting 153 days for M1A Scout | Buds Gun Shop review from El Dorado Hills, California

I am writing this review 153 days after making my reserve order purchase of an M1A Scout with Mossy Oak stock from Bud's Gunshop. I am still waiting for the rifle to ship. I have not been given any information from Bud's Gunshop regarding time frame for my rifle to ship. I contacted Bud's Gunshop customer service around day 90, they told me I could cancel for my full refund since it had been 90 days. I just want my rifle, I want to know why it has been 153 days since i ordered my rifle. I understand that they are having a high volume of purchases due to current events. I still paid $1600 up front for an item and have been sitting with nothing for 153 days. I do not recommend making a purchase from Bud's Gunshop unless you too want to wait at least 153 days for your product when paying in advance. I will never purchase from Bud's Gunshop again. I am going to post my review on as many forums and review sites as possible to warn as many consumers as I can to what they may be in for if they make a purchase with this company.

duh. well if i were to order a gun that was out of stock, i would assume it could be a long time before i might receive it, if at all.

if you try to order a gun from gandermountain that isnt in stock, i was told it would be months before it came in. c'mon man. use some common sense. and you ordered a tactical style firearm when companies couldnt keep tactical style firearms in stock.

did you really think you'd get it in a week or two.....

AR Rifles From Buds Gun Shop

We all know with what happened in CT the other week, assault rifles are flying off the shelves, and prices seem to be going up. I have been a long time buyer from www.budsgunshop.com, and have had 10+ transactions of firearms with them. Since this event, you have to be very careful when buying the rifles. Three times now, I have added a rifle to my cart, got completely to the end of the checkout, and the rifle price went up 40-50%. This is a couple hundred dollars when you're talking about a decent one. Each time I was able to catch it before clicking the final button, but just beware.

Bud's Gun Shop has been and remains a nightmare for me. They bait and switch non stop and the kids at customer disservice are a simply pitiful when challenged.

They make ridiculous comments like "you cannot expect us to make sure that what you received is what you ordered"!

Really? So right there on my FFL's little glass counter I should break down an expensive AR15 to make sure that an extremely important internal part is the one that I could only assume came inside the gun I had waited three weeks for?

Buds Gun Shop -- what a joke and sorry excuse for a business! The CS Reps are plain idiots and ignorants, they do not even know the law.

Shipping dept. is even worse. They always over promise and slow to deliver. They make lots of mistakes in shipping to customers the wrong items, and they do not even make it right.

Be smart and never buy from these gun *** Support your local gun dealer. The small savings you get are not worth the aggravation in putting up with these clowns. After the most recent experience I had with them, I decided that I will never buy from them again.

A business like this does not deserve to be supported ever. These guys going out of business will be a service to decent gun buyers of USA.

The government wants all semi automatics out of the country with bans on all of them so that only the national guard, the police, and government people have access to them. Then comes the ban with consequences.

American people again in slavery with only the criminals with guns. The good folks with brains will have nothing to defend themselves against criminals while the criminals have free access.

It seems like this happened a few times prior like in Rome and in Paris. I guess you know the consequences to follow.

It has now been over 4 months and the firearm has not been sent back to me. I spoke to the owner today who says he hopes to have it done by Friday (11/09/2012).

At this time I am still out both the money for the repair and the firearm itself.

There is a reason this shop has an F with the BBB. We have done business with this guy in the past without any problem. We mail the gun, he fixes it and mails it back. However, we are now running into issues. We sent a gun to the shop in July to have it reblued. He assured us he would start on it immediately. Fast forward three months and the gun is still not ready and all the owner will say is that it's sitting on his work bench. I think our mistake was paying in advance. He's not motivated to complete this.
