Cancel Order

I want to cancel my order and get my money refunded back to me. The order was placed on April 2nd and still has not shipped. I had ordered parts from numerous other gun companies at the same time this order was placed and I recieved them within two weeks and this order still hase not shipped. This is my order number. Poor customer service

I purchased a pistol a few months back and the trigger pull was so hard I could hardly operate it. Although purchased from Buds Gun Shop, they refused to refund my money and accept return of the weapon. Also, despite a high demand for weapons, they lack the foresight to stock up and are constantly out of stock.

Purchased 45 TRP and came with no MAGAZINE. Would not give me a pic of gun when I requested one.This is their description---- This Springfield was preowned, but is as new. It is the Limited Edition 1 of 1000 Chris Kyle edition. This gun has all the standard features of the TRP Operator but is marked 1 of 1000 and has special G10 grips and comes housed in a presentation case with medallion and includes the box, certificate of authenticity and factory shipping carton. PC9105LPCK. I do not want their $30 future purchase coupon because I will never shop there again

Hi. I have seven questions regarding the Walther CCP M2 in 9mm Tungsten Gray color. Here goes: 1) I prefer it in Tungsten grey but you do not show that color on your website. Can you get it? 2) What would be the TOTAL cost, including shipping? 3) Would a money order be the fastest form of payment? 3a) If so, which type would you prefer, postal or other? 4) Would it ship to the FFL dealer of my choice? 5) From receipt of order to shipping, what would your best guess for the time?(I understand the CV-19 related problems regarding firearms &; ammunition) 6) To what address would I send the payment? Sent me the wrong caliber handgun

Ordered a 38 spl handgun, it arrived at FFL dealer. Box stated 38 spl, The FFL dealer opened the box, It appeared to be the same as one that I already had.

( I wanted a pair of matching handguns) They wrote everything out and had longed the handgun in as 38 spl. Turned out when I got it home it was a 44 spl. When I contacted Buds they said "sorry you have to keep it." Because I didn't inspect the handgun for the proper caliber. But why didn't they when they received it from the factory, Humm guess they don't check ether, they just go by the caliber on the box the way the gun shop as I did.

So I'm stuck with a gun I do not want and will take a heavy loss if I sell it.

Also checked with the factory and the SS number of the weapon matched with the factory as a 38 spl. it was stamped as a 38 spl but should have been stamped as a 44 spl,But it was all on me,Thanks Buds.

I have been dealing with lost ammo in the mail for a week now and I cant call to talk to anyone unless Im a paid Team Buds member I have bought ALOT from Buds and it use to be a personal business that acted like they cared about their customers now all you get is a chat feature to talk to a horrendous customer service agent that could care less what you need they never have any answers and never have their stories straight pay more somewhere else you will regret dealing with Buds if something goes wrong with your order just trying to save someone else a huge headache also their shipping times on firearms have more than doubled sounds to me like someone got too big for their britches and they cant handle it and will be their downfall

I ordered 22 days ago and not a peep

I ordered a few parts from this place. It is approaching a month and they haven't sent and wont return money. Hire more people! Do your job! Quit making excuses! You are going to lose so many customers with this terrible horrible approach to business!

I purchased my second gun from Bud's on line. After receiving it (Bond Arms Derringer) I found the trigger pull so difficult I coulnd't fire it. Within a week I e-mail Buds about returning it but the said I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I went to delete my account with Buds and couldn't find a way to do so so I e-mailed them for assistance. To now surprise, I didn't receive a response. Overall impression is they will promise you the world in an effort to get your money, but once they have it, adios amigos!

i found the ruger cheaper on another site but wanted to deal with buds(mostly because of hickok45) i ordered a gun and paid for it. three days later i asked for an email confirmation. buds said there was no order. when i tried to reorder they wanted $30.00 more to join buds team. this was not in original ad. monday morning i let them know how i felt about their shady practices and canceled my order. i was shocked when they charged my credit card later that afternoon any way!!! they gave me a number to straiten this out. only got a message saying buds will not take phone calls!! its obvious that they don't care or want hear how what a lousy company they have. my mistake was not checking the reviews which are terrible (youtube and every other review sites) i don't know how they stay in business. i am very disappointed that hickok45 a man which i respect and enjoy, endorses these crooks. i will never shop at budholes ever again!!!

Missing items on Order

Buds Gun Shop said they shipped items on my Order, received package with items missing, worked with UPS, they were able to prove the items were never in the package by weight. BGS finally admitted the items never shipped and now jumping through hopes to get my items I already paid for. Now they say there Out of Stock of everything. Learned BGS website lists items on their web page they do not have. They took payment for items they knew they did not have and could not send. Wire Fraud!
