Sent me the wrong caliber handgun
Ordered a 38 spl handgun, it arrived at FFL dealer. Box stated 38 spl, The FFL dealer opened the box, It appeared to be the same as one that I already had.
( I wanted a pair of matching handguns) They wrote everything out and had longed the handgun in as 38 spl. Turned out when I got it home it was a 44 spl. When I contacted Buds they said "sorry you have to keep it." Because I didn't inspect the handgun for the proper caliber. But why didn't they when they received it from the factory, Humm guess they don't check ether, they just go by the caliber on the box the way the gun shop as I did.
So I'm stuck with a gun I do not want and will take a heavy loss if I sell it.
Also checked with the factory and the SS number of the weapon matched with the factory as a 38 spl. it was stamped as a 38 spl but should have been stamped as a 44 spl,But it was all on me,Thanks Buds.

I have been dealing with lost ammo in the mail for a week now and I cant call to talk to anyone unless Im a paid Team Buds member I have bought ALOT from Buds and it use to be a personal business that acted like they cared about their customers now all you get is a chat feature to talk to a horrendous customer service agent that could care less what you need they never have any answers and never have their stories straight pay more somewhere else you will regret dealing with Buds if something goes wrong with your order just trying to save someone else a huge headache also their shipping times on firearms have more than doubled sounds to me like someone got too big for their britches and they cant handle it and will be their downfall

I ordered on March 30 and nothing has shipped! How about this apples! Buds are duds!
